MEET OUR JUDGE OF AWARDS: JANE McGRAW-TEUBNER, PSA-MP Jane McGraw-Teubner is an award-winning plein air and studio pastel artist from Long Island, New York. She is a Pastel Society of America Master Pastelist, an International Association of Pastel Societies Eminent Pastelist, and a resident Artist Member of the Salmagundi Club. Jane shows her work in galleries throughout the East Coast and teaches at her home studio and at the Atelier at Flowerfield in St. James, NY.
